The MyGuyAI app is available through Apple's App Store. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found at:

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall govern with respect to matters specifically related to Apple's services.
MyGuyAI provides AI-powered conversation companions ("personas") for entertainment, companionship, and support purposes. The Service includes:

MyGuyAI offers subscription plans and credit packs, all managed through Apple's App Store:
Subscription Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings or at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. Credits do not expire while your account is active.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You must not:
The AI personas in MyGuyAI generate responses based on advanced language models. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
The Service and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by MyGuyAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of the content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the app. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription — you must cancel your subscription separately through Apple.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may also terminate your use of the Service by deleting your account.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYGUYAI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
