Data Retention

We retain your account information and conversation history while your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the app.

• Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: You can update your account information through the app.
• Deletion: You can delete your account and associated data from Settings in the app.
• Opt-out: You can opt out of non-essential data collection by contacting us.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.

Children's Privacy

MyGuyAI is not directed to children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Third-Party Services

The app integrates with third-party services including:

• Apple App Store for payments and subscriptions
• RevenueCat for subscription management
• AI model providers for conversation generation

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification.
